Morska Agencja w Gdyni (the Sea Agency in Gdynia) was founded in 1951 to represent foreign shipping lines, shipowners and insurance clubs (P&I), as well as to provide ship agency services. With time, its specialisation was expanded to forwarding services and job agency for Polish seafarers.

The 1990s brought the development of rail and air forwarding, storage and distribution, as well as customs support, which enabled comprehensive handling of cargo in international transport.
